Come to us with a very specific brief or just a general idea – either is fine with us! At this stage, we’ll go through your technical requirements and the price point you’re looking for. Together, we’ll explore your options when it comes to designs, sizes, colours, lighting, finishes, materials and much more.
Stage 02
Confirming It All Pre-production
Once you’ve confirmed the bathroom furniture you want us to manufacture for you, we’ll provide a detailed specification for everything you’ll require. That includes a bill of materials, minimum order quantities, and of course the pricing. Once you’ve agreed all this, we can make your prototypes.
Stage 03
Fine-tuning Your Requirements
We’ll make you a very careful prototype of each item, matching the exact specification we agreed in the previous step. We’ll discuss any final adjustments that need to be made, and then confirm your final range and pricing. Once that’s done, we’ll ask you for a purchase order – and then we begin manufacturing.
Stage 04
Precision At Any Scale
Our state-of-the-art factory will begin manufacturing your OEM furniture using CNC machines designed to deliver high quality, high yields, and minimum waste. And although we can manufacture up to 250 units a day, we’re very flexible on minimum orders – so you can order by the pallet to begin with, and we’ll scale with you as your business grows.
Stage 05
Right Product, Right Place, Right Time
Everything we manufacture is meticulously hand-assembled before being carefully packaged and despatched to wherever you need it. To ensure absolute accuracy and tracking, we use our own fleet of trucks for logistics. That way, your order will arrive just as it left our factory… and it will be ready for a hassle-free installation.
